The first bio I ever wrote went something like this: "My name is David Zavertnik. I have curly brown hair, green eyes and I am tan. When I grow up, I want to be a Major League Baseball player for the Seattle Mariners and live on a farm." I was 5 and apparently had recently watched Field of Dreams.
Today I am also tall, my hair has grown into long curly brown hair and I am only tan during the summer months. My baseball career ended in High School and I have yet to live on a farm but I do have a nice little garden growing in my backyard, so there’s that.
Professionally, I have spent nearly a decade of my life working in advertising with the intention of making quality work with friends and having as much fun as possible along the way. So far it’s going great. To learn more about that, check out my LinkedIn.
